Recurring House Cleaning
A scheduled clean keeps a house from quietly falling behind. On a weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan, kitchens and bathrooms get full attention every time, dust never settles deep into baseboards, and floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout. The first visit runs longest because we learn the house. After that the same lead runs your home from the same checklist. Weekly suits busy families, biweekly is most common in Chevy Chase, and monthly suits a smaller tidy household.
Deep House Cleaning
Every house reaches a point where surface cleaning is no longer enough. Our deep clean goes to the places dust hides: the tops of door frames, window tracks, fan blades, behind the refrigerator, and the line where the tub meets the tile. We hand wipe baseboards, vacuum out vents, scrub grout, and clean inside the oven and refrigerator. Older homes ask for judgment, so we match the product to plaster, old wood, and vintage tile, and walk the house twice before we finish.
One Time House Cleaning
A one time clean covers the whole house the way we clean for recurring clients, with no schedule commitment afterward. It fits a house being listed, a holiday gathering, or a season when life got ahead of the cleaning. Kitchens and bathrooms are detailed, every room is dusted, and floors are finished throughout. Tell us what is driving the visit and we shape the plan around it, leaning toward guest rooms for a gathering or toward closets and quiet corners for a reset.
Move In and Move Out Cleaning
An empty house shows everything. Nail holes stand out, closet shelves hold dust, and the oven remembers years of dinners. For move outs we clean the empty space completely: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, window tracks, bathrooms from top to bottom, and floors throughout, following the lists property managers use at the final walkthrough. Book it for the day after the furniture leaves. For move ins we run the same clean before your boxes arrive.
Apartment and Condo Cleaning
The buildings along Connecticut Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue have a rhythm of their own: service elevators, dock hours, front desk rules, and windows of time the building allows for work. We coordinate with the front desk, bring our own supplies, and finish inside that window. Inside the unit the clean is complete: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and glass. Many condo clients travel often, so we hold a key securely, clean while you are away, and message you when we lock up.
Estate and Large Home Cleaning
A large colonial of seven thousand square feet or more, with a library, a sunroom, a finished lower level, and five or six bathrooms, cannot be cleaned like a condo. It takes a crew, a plan, and most of a day. We send a lead with a crew sized to the home, work room by room, give the big kitchen a full treatment, and clean every bathroom completely. Guest rooms and lower level spaces are part of the same plan, and most large homes choose weekly service.
Airbnb and Short Term Rental Cleaning
A rental turnover lives or dies on the clock. Guests leave late morning, new guests arrive mid afternoon, and the home has to reset completely between them. We run every turnover from a checklist built for that squeeze: the full clean plus fresh linens and made beds, folded towels in the bathrooms, a reset kitchen, and a restock of the basics guests expect. We note anything worn or damaged and send photos for your records. Share the booking calendar or door code and the turnover gets handled.
Green and Non Toxic House Cleaning
Some households want a clean house without a heavy chemical load: babies on the floors, pets, allergies, or a preference for gentler products. Our green cleaning uses plant based and low toxicity products for the whole visit, with the same checklist and standard as any other clean. Only the product shelf changes, not the result. Stone and wood still receive the surface safe products they require, and bathrooms still get scrubbed to the grout line.
